5 Workouts to Boost Your Energy All Day (And the Best Activewear for Each)

If you’ve experienced the dreaded afternoon slump, you know how challenging it can be to stay energized. The right workout, however, can revitalize both your body and mind, keeping you focused and strong throughout the day. And let’s not forget—your workout attire plays an important role in helping you perform your best. Here are the five workouts that will keep you feeling energized, along with my preferred Losano activewear for each.


1.    Morning Yoga Flow

Why it works: A morning yoga routine helps gently awaken the body, stimulate blood flow, and cultivate a positive mindset for the day ahead. It’s a quiet, grounding practice that sets the tone for success.
