SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
*Not all shipping guidelines are guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Please use the above as general guidelines.
• Economy (6—10 business days) is free for all US orders.
• Standard (3-4 business days) is $9.90.
We offer other expedited options for which prices are calculated at checkout and based on proximity to our home base distribution center in Illinois:
• UPS 2nd Day Air® (2 business days)
• UPS Next Day Air® (next business day)
• Orders placed with Economy or Economy Select will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00AM CST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
• Expedited and Overnight orders placed by 1:00PM CST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Please note that Expedited and Overnight orders placed after 1:00PM CST on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays.)
• On occasion, certain orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.
• Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
• You can also find your tracking number by logging into your Losano account.
— From your desktop: Select “Order History” from the drop-down menu at the top right corner of the screen. Select “View Order” next to the order number you wish to track to find tracking information.
— From your mobile browser: Select “My Account” from the drop-down menu at the top left corner of the screen. Select “Order History” and “View Order” to track your order by order number.

You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. All items must be unworn with the original tags attached. Products marked as Final sale are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
You have two convenient ways to make returns: you can return in-person at a Happy Returns bar, or mail it.
Start your return HERE by entering your order number and your zip code. (Order number can be found in the order confirmation email we sent you, or by logging into your Losano account and visiting the My Account page).
Then, follow the instructions below:
— Select the item(s)* you wish to return. *Note: If an item is final sale, or non-returnable – no option to return will be provided.
— Select the payment method for your refund and the reason for the return. Once you are done adding items, click “Continue”.
— Choose how you want to return your item(s):
Refund/Exchange initiated immediately upon drop-off thousands of locations nationwide (no need to box your items.)
Receive a QR code for a contact-free drop-off.
Start your return or exchange online in order to receive a mailing label to box and ship your items. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed, plus 3-5 additional business days to see the refund reflected on your bank statement.
Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed at our distribution center.
If you choose to return an item for a gift card, your credit will be available in your Losano account for immediate use as soon as the return is processed.
If you choose to return for a full refund, you can expect the refund to be received by your bank or credit card account within 3-5 business days. Processing times vary and are subject to your bank.
If you paid with any other payment method, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
