What is our EcoBrush Fabric Made from?

Recycled Polyester: Reducing your toxic load while providing the high-performance activewear you know and love is always at the top of our mind, so we only choose fabrics that align with our values. The fibers & this fabric are both BlueSign and OEKO-Tex 100 Certified. The BlueSign system reduces the impact of harmful substances on people and the planet by eliminating harmful substances and using resource-conserving practices. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a label for textiles tested for harmful substances. It sets the benchmark for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. Every item bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified as being harmless to human health.

We love working with recycled fibers because it makes a huge impact on our planet, preventing TONS of plastic waste from ending up in our oceans and landfills, where they are inevitably to be broken down into microplastics that will make it into our food and water systems, and instead give them new life! These materials exist in our planet anyways, so we may as well use them for good!

Spandex: We add just a touch of spandex to our fabric because your clothes should stay the same shape all day long. No bagged-out knees or diaper butt here!
